Run a command against each GCP project in the current account
This is powerful so use carefully!
Requires GCloud SDK to be installed and configured and 'gcloud' to be in the \$PATH
Sets the core/project in each iteration, and sets back to the original project upon any exit (except kill -9)
This allows easy chaining with other scripts that operate on the current project
All arguments become the command template
The command template replaces the following for convenience in each iteration:
{id} - with the project id
{name} - with the project name
eg.
