add desktop icons #16

if we need to add icons on the desktop (lets discuss about whether it is something that has to be done for everyone, by default, or if its something we add on-demand, in this case maybe we should add some args to the script install (--icons) for modular customization).
Whatever, if we want icons on desktop , we need to install gnome extension desktop-icons-ng
and sudo apt install gir1.2-gnomedesktop-3.0
