[Feature] Add Elasticsearch support in tutor-discovery. As Tutor and Open edX have shifted to Meilisearch, and course-discovery still depends on Elasticsearch, running the Elasticsearch container with tutor-discovery will facilitate smoother operation for the course-discovery service.
